New Zealand Schools’ Debating

Wellington College has defeated St Catherine’s College to win the Wellington Regional Debating Champs. Rather incredibly, it is the first time Wellington College has won the tournament, after years of sustained success. Nick Fenton was the best speaker.

Scots College emerged victorious at Wellington Regionals which has just concluded at Wellington Girls’ College. Scots defeated Sacred Heart in the Grand Final to win the Wellington Speaking Union cup. Click here for more.

Samuel Marsden Collegiate School ended Scots College’s three-year winning run at the Russell McVeagh Wellington Regional Schools’ Debating Champs last weekend.
