Public feedback is now open on applicants who have applied to be a member of the adjudication core of the 2026 National Finals. The community feedback process is not concerned with a candidate’s skill but rather their conduct. In particular, the New Zealand Schools’ Debating Council are interested in any feedback members of the community may have with regard to the candidate’s past performance as a coach or judge of school students, or any other relevant concerns regarding their behaviour around children. The applicants are as follows:

Please email any relevant feedback to president@debating.org.nz by 5pm on Sunday 15 February. It will be considered by all non-conflicted members of Council.
Please note that this is not an opportunity to provide general feedback about the applicants, as might be the case for applications to be on a University adjudication core.
